Hello

I believe healing is a natural process.

Our bodies carry an innate capacity for healing, balance, and wholeness. I don’t believe you need to be fixed. My role is to offer support, presence, and practices that help you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your own wisdom.

My work weaves together the things I love most: music, creativity, embodied practice, nature, and spiritual exploration. Whether you come to hear music, study an instrument, receive somatic healing, explore herbal medicine, or deepen your relationship with your own creative and spiritual life, my intention is the same: to help you come home to yourself.

I create spaces for seekers, creatives, and sensitive souls who are devoted to becoming more fully themselves—for people who long for greater connection, meaning, aliveness, and intimacy with their own experience.

Music for the soul

Dreamy, intimate, and deeply felt, my music offers a space for reflection, emotional depth, and soul connection—music to nourish the places within us that are hungry for meaning, beauty, and feeling.

Music education & creative learning

I offer compassionate, embodied music instruction that helps you develop skill while staying connected to the joy, curiosity, and aliveness that brought you to music in the first place. My intention is not simply to teach you how to play, but to help you develop a deeper relationship with your own musical voice.

Somatic healing

Through Somatic Energy Healing, Body Dialogue™, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, and other body-centered practices, I offer a deeply connective space to slow down, listen to your body, and cultivate greater safety, ease, and intimacy with yourself.

I believe the body has its own intelligence, and that healing can begin when we learn to listen.

Herbal consultations

I offer holistic herbal consultations rooted in a relationship with nature’s medicine. Together, we explore ways herbs and simple natural practices can support your body’s own healing processes while deepening your relationship with the living world.

For me, herbalism is not simply about finding the right herb for a symptom. It is an invitation to remember that we are part of nature, and that our bodies are constantly participating in the living systems around us.

Come as you are.

There is nothing you need to become before you begin.
