Music Class Registration
Six Fridays from January 7-February 11, 2022

Class Schedule*:

2:00-2:30 - private lesson block (FULL)

2:35-3:05 - private lesson block (FULL)

3:10-3:40 - private lesson block (FULL)

4:00-4:30 - Violin ages 5-7

4:35-5:05 - Violin ages 8-11

5:10-5:40 - Ukulele (all ages)

5:45-6:15 - Guitar (all ages)

6:30-7 - Mixed age level Singing class

​

Cost for 6 Private Lessons: $190

Cost for 6 Group Classes: $120

Upon completing this registration form, please send payment via PayPal to madelyn.ilana@gmail.com (select the friends & family option) or Venmo to @Madelyn-Sovern. Alternatively, you may bring a check made out to Madelyn Ilana to your first day of class on January 7th
